Intensive Therapy

You have experienced a life altering event, one that may take intense work to overcome. You may be feeling all alone with no hope and no one to turn to. You are not alone though.

Together will take a deep dive into your past and find a resolution much quicker than in a typical therapy setting. Intensive therapy is a unique and special experience that compacts two to three months of therapy within two to four days.

EMDR therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a set of protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches. This approach combined with other treatment plans has helped millions of people of all ages relieve many types of psychological stresses.
